Otis is a BLIND 4 year old male pug! He is recently neutered and doing well with potty training. He is fully vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. Otis loves other dogs and would most likely do fine with cats. He is love humans! He does very well moving around and adapting to his surroundings while being blind.
